Our chef, Jerry Stulpin, is a graduate of the New
England Culinary Institute, located in Montpelier, Vermont, Jerry
began working at The Pearl, located on Nantucket Island. It was
there, where he was hired and mentored by the world famous chef
Seth Raynor, who helped sharpen his culinary skills. From there,
he moved on to work at The Regatta in Cape Cod. After two
prosperous years, Jerry then took the job as a Sous chef at yet
another famous Nantucket restaurant, Amelia’s. Four years later,
Jerry grasped the opportunity to come back to New Jersey, where he
was born and raised, and was offered a job at Lana’s. After
fourteen months working as Sous chef, Jerry recently became the
Executive Chef.
